We perform  Identity governance and access management program assessments using our proprietary, enhanced maturity assessment framework where zero trust principles are folded on to the traditional maturity matrix to provide a more granular and intuitive way to identify gaps in your IG/AM programs.

Our professional services include implementing a wide range of IAM, PAM and SSO solutions.  


The implementations are categorized into three types on a high level:


  • Greenfield Implementation - Need help with implementing a new IAM, PAM or SSO product? We perform the current state assessment capturing your business operations and policies, assist with vendor selection and deliver a roadmap for your IAM program. Based on the roadmap we will divide the implementation into multiple phases depending on the customer's business justification of the functionality.
  • Upgrades - Need help with upgrading an IAM, PAM or SSO product to the latest version? The complexity of an upgrade will depend on many factors like the product being upgraded, the version to which the product is being upgraded and the amount of customizations present in your implementation. We have been there and done that! We have extensive experience in upgrading IAM products over multiple versions and with heavy customization.
  • Migrations - Need help with migrating from one IAM product to another? Our experience with working on multiple IAM, PAM and SSO products gives us an added advantage over our competitors. It also enables us to assist the customer with assessing the current implementation, generate product agnostic requirements and convert these requirements into technical design for the new product.

Validation Services

Validation Services

Not all implementation partners are the same. Every partner has their own way of implementing an IAM solution that aligns with their mission and goals. We differentiate ourselves from  others by providing validation services for an implementation that is being implemented by another partner. Our industry experience and knowledge across multiple IAM products puts us in a position to offer these validation services. We perform health check during an implementation and suggest and/or implement any changes in the approach or the actual implementation. This will enable the customers to validate their choice of implementation partner without effecting the continuity of the project. 


Our AVID approach to Validation Services:


Analyze  -  We analyze the implementation to understand methodologies being used and check for alignment with the client business policies and procedures. 

Validate -  We validate the implementation by breaking it down to design, code and documentation vectors against our best practice guidelines. 

Incorporate -  We recommend incorporation of any changes needed in real time to the client and in effect aid implementation success and avoid missed deadlines. 

Deliverables -  We provide appropriate deliverables that will document the changes needed. 

Managed Services

Managed Services

During our implementations we guarantee that the customer is involved at every stage of the project and make sure that the customer understands the implementation to an extent where they can maintain and manage it going forward. However there will still be some scenarios where the customer might need help with supporting there IAM environment post implementation. That is where our managed services come into play.


We provide extended support for our implementations if needed and we provide support in the form of managed services for implementations that were done by our competitors. Our vast knowledge and experience working with enterprises in multiple domains with multiple products enables us to provide these services. 


Our goal for the managed services offering is to provide:


  • Timely Response - We make sure the tickets or requests are responded to in a timely manner. There will be some issues that will have to handled sooner rather than later and we get that.
  • Cost Effective Services - We offer managed services at competitive rates and on an as-needed basis to make it cost effective for the customers. Our goal over time is to make the manages services contract a luxury and not a necessity. 
  • Efficient Services - Our experience in dealing with multiple products and a wide variety of functional requirements enables to provide efficient managed services. We make sure all the best practices are being followed when providing a cost effective solution in a timely manner
