Not all implementation partners are the same. Every partner has their own way of implementing an IAM solution that aligns with their mission and goals. We differentiate ourselves from others by providing validation services for an implementation that is being implemented by another partner. Our industry experience and knowledge across multiple IAM products puts us in a position to offer these validation services. We perform health check during an implementation and suggest and/or implement any changes in the approach or the actual implementation. This will enable the customers to validate their choice of implementation partner without effecting the continuity of the project.
Our AVID approach to Validation Services:
Analyze - We analyze the implementation to understand methodologies being used and check for alignment with the client business policies and procedures.
Validate - We validate the implementation by breaking it down to design, code and documentation vectors against our best practice guidelines.
Incorporate - We recommend incorporation of any changes needed in real time to the client and in effect aid implementation success and avoid missed deadlines.
Deliverables - We provide appropriate deliverables that will document the changes needed.
During our implementations we guarantee that the customer is involved at every stage of the project and make sure that the customer understands the implementation to an extent where they can maintain and manage it going forward. However there will still be some scenarios where the customer might need help with supporting there IAM environment post implementation. That is where our managed services come into play.
We provide extended support for our implementations if needed and we provide support in the form of managed services for implementations that were done by our competitors. Our vast knowledge and experience working with enterprises in multiple domains with multiple products enables us to provide these services.
